Our story began in 2017, when a group of like-minded people began working together to rescue animals in the community.
We are a team of Mississippi volunteers that rescues abandoned, abused, euthanasia-list, and surrendered dogs and cats in Lauderdale, Newton, Clarke and Neshoba counties.
We are a foster-only rescue that partners with local veterinarians and foster families to provide a loving, safe environment until our northern rescue partners are able to find our animals their furever homes.
Both county and city shelters in our area are high kill, as well as rescues closing their doors (2 in our area in 2024).
